16phsky Terms and Conditions: Rules for Philippine Players

Acceptance of Terms

• Not be self-excluded from any gaming platform or subject to a voluntary exclusion agreement.

Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active 16phsky account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination of these — are prohibited. 16phsky may merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and void all associated balances and bonus entitlements at its discretion.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a material breach of these terms and may result in account closure, forfeiture of winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 16phsky will treat all activity conducted under your credentials as authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

Accurate registration protects your 16phsky balance and ensures smooth withdrawals without delays.

16phsky conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of the account verification process. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of billing address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failing or refusing to complete KYC may result in suspension of account access and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Deposits

Funds deposited into your 16phsky account are held solely for use on the platform. Deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party funding — whether from another individual, a business account not in your name, or any anonymous payment source — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

16phsky may offer deposits through Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard bank cards. Availability of specific methods may vary based on provider agreements, current system status, and account verification level.

All deposits are subject to review. 16phsky reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds and to place a temporary hold on withdrawals while a review is ongoing. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering requirement and does not imply wrongdoing on the part of the member.

Section 5

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method that is verified and registered in the same name as the 16phsky account. You cannot withdraw to a method that has not been used for a qualifying deposit or that belongs to a different person.

Before your first withdrawal, 16phsky requires that KYC verification is complete. This includes confirmation of your identity and, where applicable, your payment method. Incomplete KYC will delay or prevent processing of a withdrawal request.

• Providing false identity information, using a stolen identity, or impersonating another person.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or other illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to interact with 16phsky games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing anomalies to generate profits beyond normal game outcomes.

If 16phsky suspects prohibited conduct, the account and all associated balances may be frozen during investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, funds will not be returned and may be passed to relevant authorities.
